EOS Systems Limited, a Northern Ireland IT services company, has joined FutureRange. The acquisition marks the next step in FutureRange’s all-island growth strategy — and the moment the group’s technology firm began serving clients across the whole island of Ireland from offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and now Belfast.
Local relationships, island-wide capability
EOS Systems has built strong, long-standing relationships with clients across Northern Ireland, grounded in dependable service and local expertise. Peter Brown and the EOS team join FutureRange and continue to work with the clients who know them.
FutureRange operates as a security-first managed services partner, helping organisations run with confidence in an increasingly complex technology landscape. Bringing EOS Systems into the group extends that approach across the island while keeping the local relationships clients value.
Growth that creates jobs
As part of its wider growth plans, FutureRange expects to create up to 50 new roles over the next 24 months, supporting continued investment in its people and capabilities.
The deal follows a run of expansion on the technology side of the group: the merger with Limerick’s Garry IT in 2021, the acquisition of DigitalWell’s managed IT services business in 2025 — the first deal after Cardinal Capital’s investment in the group — and Echo IT, which strengthened FutureRange’s presence across Munster.
Part of Mentora Group
FutureRange is one of the two firms held by Mentora Group, alongside HLB Ireland, the audit, accounting and tax advisory firm. For clients, the combination means finance and technology expertise under one roof — with each firm keeping the name, team and relationships its clients know.
